We start our Journey with the birth of Jacob Buehrle born around January 1st, 1650 in Grafenhausen Freiburg Baden Germany. He had five sons and four daughters with Barbara Köbele between 1671 and 1695.
We can only go back so far due to the thirty year war between Protestants and the Catholic Church between the years of 1618 to 1648 in which the Protestants burned all of the Catholic church records.
This area of Germany has bounced back n forth between Baden and Allace France and ended when Unification took place on January 18th, 1871, at the conclusion of the Franco-Prussian War.
